Payments are processed through the secure Windcave or Stripe payment systems. Any credit card details stored are done so on the payment provider's system. No credit card information is stored by QJumper and the payment systems used are PCI compliant.
Refunds and exchanges will be made at the discretion of the vendor in accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act.
All products and purchases are picked up from the vendor's location as displayed in the Settings screen.
By accessing or using the QJumper platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Service.
QJumper reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and are effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions.
To the maximum extent permitted by New Zealand law, QJumper shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
